Developments sell in phases, the best units go first, and a property someone falls for today is frequently sold long before they actually fly out to see it.

Why every price looks different
Search any portal and the same development will appear at a dozen different prices, with a dozen different photos, under a dozen different agents. It is enough to make any sensible buyer assume something is being hidden. Nothing is. You are simply seeing the same development advertised by many agents, each leading with the cheapest available unit, the famous "from" price.
That "from" figure is almost always the smallest ground floor apartment in the earliest phase. The home you actually want, a top floor with a larger terrace, a corner plot, a penthouse, a unit with a sea view, sits well above it. None of that is visible from a portal headline. So buyers compare a "from" price here against a "from" price there and end up comparing nothing at all.

Are you relocating, in which case you may need guidance on residency and visas. Are you buying a holiday home that needs to be easy to lock up and leave. A resale home exists today. A new build may complete in 2027. If we do not know your timescale, we cannot tell you whether a development even fits, let alone which phase or which unit.
